My original LWD was 28th December but my HR gave me early release. I discussed with him before that I have taken loans from the company and can't pay the dues if I get early release. I can only pay if I get salary till my original LWD and I want full salary till my original last working day but in final settlement I got the amount till 7th November which is early release date decided by HR itself. Now I am due to company. What should I do in this case?

Can any ex Bainies/MBB please shed some light on the difference between leaving consulting to join S&O (or similar role) as an SAC (3 years out of undergrad) vs as a C2 (2 years post MBA + 3 years pre-MBA). What are the differences in role, responsibility, pay (level), and career trajectory. I’ve heard that leaving Bain at a more senior role might help you come in at a senior level at Google faster than if I left earlier and climbed the ladder from the bottom. She is required to put in crazy hours, and pay is not that great. She’s been doing this for a couple of years now, and ready to switch it to more of a corporate role. I'm an entry level consultant in Dallas at a smaller company. This is my first job in consulting and I've been here about 7 months. My experience has been good in terms of work life balance, autonomy, and culture. My only real issue is my compensation. I was happy with it at first, but with the workload and expectations I'm feeling undervalued.

I got an offer at Infosys, but in offer letter they have mentioned to join the company in one and half month, but my notice period is 3 months, I have dropped an email to HR saying same and he agreed the 3 months notice period and will sent the revised salary in next month, can I assure that HR will send revised offer letter on next month??, In btw he told me to accept the offer letter for now and I did it.
