Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Same thing happened with me...
I am having 6.8 years of experience and having in hand 15lpa offer . I cleared every round and in last HR said we can offer you max 11. I said need to think. Then they put my candidature on hold. And after 2 months they deleted my candidature from their account.
Dude don't wait as per my experience. There are lots of good companies out side .

That's completely unprofessional from the HR. If you don't mind may I know for what role she had applied and how much experience she has in the field?
It's not your fault. There's a company out there willing to pay her what she's asking for. But the likelihood of them calling her back isn't hgh.
I also had this experience. I had cleared all the interview. All the documents were uploaded. Then they put me on hold for 2 months without any discussion. When I called them, hr said we will have a look. In portal it was written that not suitable position is present in company for you. Then I don't know why the interviewed me. After 2 months I got HR call for salary discussion.
that's on HR, not you. It's a way to bluff too I think to pressure you into accepting. I wouldn't sweat it, if Accenture made the offer others will as well

Well.. This happened to me too this Friday...Accenture HRs so arrogant and unprofessional. For anything you quote they say they don't have budget and talks as if they are on top and we are dieing to join that company and make us feel as we are not worthy... Chill they are lot of companies out there which are way way better than this. U don't need to feel sad for someone who don't know how to deal with people and being called HRs.
Thank you for your empathy and thoughts guys. I have never seen such pathetic HRs in my career. We dropped emails to the recruiting consultant and her manager. As expected, they ghosted us.

It's not your fault at all.. it's Accenture.
I have cleared all the round and uploaded all the documents. In the HR round I have asked 9LPA. They said 8LPA only can be offer. I said ok. But at last they closed my candidature.
