I got an offer of 7.5L - Security Analyst (IAM Sailpoint)

Is this a good switch overall ? What should be the expected CTC for my skillset and experience ?

In HCl offer, there are 2 components for variable pay, one is paid monthly and one is paid yearly. Do we get the complete amount mentioned in both the parameters in variable pay?

Telephone Reemburshment - 28k
Vehicle Maintainence - 25k
Driver - 10k
Lease of Car - 2.5L

Aprox - 3.80L to be under claim based remuneration and not actual ctc.
