Does BDO UK gives mobile phones just like other big 4’s?

I am going to be a new audit manager this year. Any big 4 first year managers in LCOL area can share their salaries? We find out raises soon, so will consider leaving if the raises are poor.

Any ideas about Big 4 level consulting salaries in HK and Shanghai ? Interested in Sr Manager level numbers but really any data points will be helpful for comparison.

Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?

Got an offer from b4 for a lateral move. The offer was only 7% more than my base with no sign on bonus. I told the recruiter I thought the base was a little low because we have salary raises and bonuses coming eff July and am on target for 10% raise and 10% bonus. What should my counter offer be?
I was thinking a 15% salary raise and a 7% sign on bonus would be fair?
