Go for GDS, in GDS variable is not part of your CTC. Salary hikes are bigger in GDS
Whatever is mentioned in your offer letter is the CTC, 10% variable is additional cost
HR is playing with you because you were getting a very low salary in Capgemini . Still go with gds cz hike and anual bonus are good here.Although other perks and wlb are not good
Join gds, since fixed is more here.... Also 10% bonus u will get if u r good, if better, then you will get 12-14% bonus... other than your fixed 25lac ctc
With 12 Years of experience, you can definitely demand for Senior 3. I know few folks who were 10 years experience joined at 35 fixed at SCON 3.

Can you share the salary range of SAP Managers at Capgemin?
Depends on current CTC but usually it ranges from 18-25 beyond that they offer sr mgr designation
It depends on your existing package but as a general norm in Capgemini it ranges from 18-25LPA Beyond that package they offer senior manager afaik
With 12 yoe ,you should get atleast senior 3 in EY gds
Have asked for the same but HR said they've to maintain some equilibrium in the team and there's a guy in team with yoe 14 who's sr con 3. So they can give only sr con 2
Seriously... There are teams with 10yoe as senior manager.. Doesn't mean you should be director right. HR is playing with u to save the budget.
I can understand the situation. But u should have asked for higher salary if not the position.
