Need one suggestion. I joined Wipro 10 days ago, I received a laptop and I am in contact with 2-3 PM and GM for project allocation. I have given an Interview to Tech M without any intention to Join them and randomly given 6-7 lakh extra figure to them considering they will not come back but now they came up with an offer. What should I do, I got the asset and project allocation is almost done in Wipro and on another side have 6-7 lakh extra pay

Human-Centered Design is (unfortunately) a consulting buzz word these days. How do you all feel about this? Is your firm doing right by HCD, or is just another thing in a big bag if things they use to bill hours?

When do you feel like your workload is heaviest? While I’m tempted to say year-round, if I had to pick a season, I’d probably go with Spring. The rest of the year seems to get slowed down a bit by holidays and vacations.
