Hey all..I joined Accenture on july 30 2021, and got some joining bonus which needs to be returned if I leave the company within one year. Can anyone help me with the time frame of one year, so if i resign on 1st may so my leaving that will be 1st August, 2022 , will that suffice or I have to resign once my one year is completed.
Hello All,
Last week i got an email from Accenture stating that I was selected for the HR round. But yesterday i got a call from HR for the technical interview for the same role. I clearly mentioned that i got selected and waiting for the HR discussion but she was saying in the portal it is showing that my proof was not verified and again has to go for the interview.
Do i need to take all my interview process again? Has anyone faced these kinds of issues in Accenture.

As per current market conditions i dont think so they will go up till 9.. but if you have multiple offers then scenario might change
In my case, HR didn't even ask me how much I was expecting. Straight away she offered me 7.26. If I agree, then they are about to release the offer letter otherwise they said that would stop here itself.
I had 8 LPA offer at that time from startup
Were u having any offer initially?
9 to 9.5 fixed you can get.
I got 9.5 with 3 yoe with counter offer of 8lpa
Considering your experience, i can say 7.5 is good because Accenture is a very good company and its work culture is also very good.
Keep us posted on how much you asked for and what offer accenture gave. One of my friend is in a similar situation.
For me they offered 6 fix + 1.26 variable even though I had 8 lpa start-up offer
HR said that she'll release the offer if I agree with the amount otherwise may stop here itself.
So, finally they released 7.26 ctc offer
