I am just little worried as I haven't received my Resignation Acceptance letter today inspite of the fact that my Automation clearance is 100%.
It is already 9 PM. I need it for tomorrow as I am joining a new firm and they have specifically asked for it. May I know when did you guys receive the same at what time!

Visa processing takes time. 6-7Months. Ask her to ask the management that they provide the visa processing and onsite opportunity in written/email.
First ask for match with the offer she has, and then accept the onsite opportunity.
Be shrude like u go and buy fruits and vegetables eventually her manager will get impacted if she leave and don't trust anyone with writing or providing any kind of promises.
90 days is enough to get visa except for US.
They have given in written that they will send her onsite

Yes they do if the resource is critical
One of my friends did go like this.
Since the table is in her favor then if she is sure about few things like
Payout receivable at onsite
Tenure being promised
Role being offered is good for her career progression
If these things are sorted and promised in writing along with a visa initiated for her before withdrawal then she can consider.
But always remember the resignation withdrawal terms are verbal and not written so if she really trust the immediate manager then she should consider this along with other factors that I mentioned.

Only take back papers if work permit process starts
Never get retained back in the same company for additional benefit. It will cause mental stress later. If there was a onsite opportunity for a valuable asset they should have sent ur friend already not used as a means to bargain.
always ask them to match the offer...and then send onsite ...as onsite is not just depends and manager and thy might at end say sirry its delayed and make u work
I would say.. first grab a low hanging fruit. She should ask for good hike right now, that's what can be achieved by her manager. Once that is done, she should email her manager with an acknowledgement of the onsite opportunity stating that she is taking back her papers because Manager promised an onsite opportunity.
all of such proposals are direct trap...dont fall into...go ahead and join a good counter company..
According to me don't stay, just leave in case you are planning to stay ask them in written.
