Planning to pitch for a Manager promotion in the June cycle

Wanted to understand what are the prerequisites that would be expected.
Currently I'm SA2, Joined last year in November, Rating in last review was tier 2, mid year snapshots (qty 3) have been 4 and 5s and Current utilization is 95%,

Basically atleast from my end, what should I be doing so as to not give them any reason to not promote 😅

Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.

Background - I am not super keen to become an equity partner and comfortable to stay on ECT track. Main reason to join will be opportunity to work with different clients, smart talented people and good brand. I may consider going back to industry after 3-5 years in ECT.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.
