1. I have posted X(<10L) as expected CTC in the form before Final tech round. I finished final round. So,HR will call and ask me what is your expectations. Can I change my expectations to >10L, because I feel I deserve more,and company is paying that for others as well.

2. What reason can I give to HR for the above problem, IF she asks why?


I have around 2.5 YOE, tech - Azure, devops. CCTC 4.2.

How to break into PE deal team (Credit or LBO)? I’m currently working at a $40+ bn PE but in the performance group. Maybe a dumb question but when y’all say Total Comp/TC do you annualized the comp? Or do you include all the equity granted that will best over four years? For example:

1) TC = base + annual bonus + total value rsus/4 or
2) TC = base + bonus + total value of rsus

I gave a potential employer an expected comp, then found out the average range was higher. I am anticipating an offer but have not received one yet, should I tell the recruiter I have a new expectation or wait to counter?

I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.

Any suggestions to negotiate a buy out by serving 60 days instead of 90 possible ?

For the bgc verification in TCS, my bgc documents are showing as accepted. And I had the matrix verification for address last month also. After joining, again i got mail that matrix verification team will send mail for the address verification. Anybody has idea why again this mail came?
