Is it worth choosing ZS over Big4 brand for two lacs?

Hi, I am working in F500 company and moving from US to Canada due to visa constraints. I have been offered 10% increase to move from US salary to Canada salary. Is it a norm? I’ve been at the same agency for 5 years, have had endless growth opportunities, love the people I work with and have been promoted regularly with salaries I’m happy with but something has felt off for awhile now. I work in inside sales selling data center hardware to commercial customers. I have the opportunity to take a new field sales role (w/ same company) selling DC equipment to federal government customers. My concern is that I will be stuck in the Federal space and it will be difficult/impossible to ever pivot back to selling in the commercial space. My longterm vision is to go to sales/sales management at a startup. Think this new role helps, hurts, or makes no diff?
