I have got an offer for Highradius the role is more towards implementation consulting now (with little to no use of operations knowledge) ,where I will be helping big clients

Anyone else project confidence and calmness but secretly get really stressed out or irritated easily? When I'm with people who talk slowly for example I get so irritated on the inside I feel like I could scream, but I obviously can't show that so I just pretend to be listening when really the person is talking so slowly that I forget the word they've said by the time they get to the next one. Tips for calming the f down? I'm tense all the time.

I have a great loyal local client who has me on retainer. But with the covid pandemic, they have come on hard times and are about to be two months behind on payment. They keep sending me work and I want to support them pushing through this. I have considered offering product trade out instead of payment but am hesitant cuz I’d rather have them pay me once they’re on their feet. I also don’t want to keep working for free. Any advice?

CEH or Pentest+ ? I am being offered an opportunity for training and certification in either. CEH seems more marketable but I keep reading criticism of EC Council and the quality of their credentials. Pentest+ is newer and having it will renew my stack of Compton certain. Neither really line up to my goal of sitting for the CISSP

When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Fyi, I like my practice group, so I don’t want to change to a different group within my firm, hence would have to lateral, if I have to. Also, other co-1st years are churning in high hours.

Long time agency person, considering joining an in house crisis team at a global company. Wouldn’t be my first time doing crisis work but would be my first time doing exclusively crisis. My family knows that I am appearing for interviews regularly and attending calls from multiple HR's frequently. Appeared for around 25interviews, failed in all of them. In some the requirement did not match, in some I could not perform well.
I have been a top performer at my current org, but after failing so much I feel low now.
My family is my strength,but deep down I am feeling are they starting to think that I am a waste at my work.Don't know if this is becoming painful inside me.

I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with. But recently, I've noticed that my manager has been asking me to do more and more work on my own without giving me any additional compensation for my time. I recently ended a three-year relationship and are looking to move to a new city to start fresh. I’m looking for an affordable city with good nature perks (mostly hiking, camping). With PwC’s wfh policy I’m able to not go to the office. However, I’m still early in my career and I still would like to stay reasonably close to a PwC office. I’m really interested in SLC, but I’ve also seen people saying it’s kind of conservative. I’m Asian and non US citizen so that’s why I have concerns.

However, this income is not there in my 26AS Form.

So do I need to still declare this under "Other income" while filing ITR?

And if I dont then can the IT Dept catch me by any means?
