Advice on how to navigate a personality? I’m a junior. There’s a counsel I’m working with, and… the vibes are off. They haven’t asked for anything unreasonable and have been pretty kind to me. But I’ve observed them scolding a mid and just bombarding people with calls. I noticed that other people on my team tiptoe around this person and the tone of communications seem a lot more formal. This makes me uncomfortable as all of my deal teams have been really positive and great to work with.

Tavant: 14.5 lpa(14 + 0.5 )
Amadeus: 16.5 lpa ( 15+1.5)
Coforge: 18.5 lpa( 17+1.5)

I'm not really interested 1st 2 options as the difference in ctc is big

I'm confused btw amadeus and coforge
Coforge is paying me more but it's a service based company. While amadeus is product based.

Out of the 2 which company is better ( keeping aside the ctc) to join.

Joined one service based company 20days ago..as an experienced and on bench..searching projects in their internal job portal and giving interviews, suddenly got a result of an interview of other service based company with just marginally increased package(after pf ,both salaries will have some 5-6k difference only..should we switch this fast in this scenario ?PS both are service based companies and work the same way ..just 1lpa difference in salary
