Sounds great if this is your first professional job out of undergrad and you want to build a career in recruiting. Unlimited PTO is a bit of a red flag and would suggest you scrutinize glassdoor ratings.
It would be my 3rd recruiter position. Currently making $50k with less than stellar bonus package and unlimited pto as well.
I ran out of characters on the post but here is my background:
5 years of full cycle recruiting experience. 4 technical, 1 functional. I am bilingual and will be expected to work on some bilingual roles ranging from functional to technical high level roles.
Also to clarify: There is only 2 weeks of PTO but everyone I spoke to on the team said it's really unlimited, they don't track your PTO and don't care how much time you take off unless you get your job done. I would be the companies 24th hire so they are very small but they have employees based in Europe and work roles in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Here is an example to clarify the commission structure.
Client is charged 25% fee based on the salary of the role they are trying to fill and a 5% up front which is deducted from total fee once role is filled.
Ex: Client seeking $100,000 position filled by firm.
Client charged $5,000 to start search
Recruiter receives: $500 commission regardless if position is filled or not (10% of $5,000)
Client charged $20,000 once role is filled ($25k - $5k retainer)
Recruiter receives: $2,000 commission once role is filled (10% of $20,000)
Recruiter is paid out bi-weekly and commissions are paid out monthly.
This sounds like a less than stellar firm. I would suggest going for a higher base than relying on bonuses.
