Hi All, Recently (after July- 22) anyone got Salary revision after putting resignation? Because currently my HR descision is going on and they where offering Onsite oppertunity. But I am asking for salary revision and they are telling like now we don't have a option for salary revision. I amke my point clear that I will stay only if I get a salary revision. So next they are setting a meeting. What do I do ? Or what are the things that I have to make sure in that meeting?

Offer i get from japan
Small company offer me 4L yen monthly after all tax and insurance deduction 3.20L yen net monthly salary in INR is 1.88L , japan living expenses per month is 1L saving 88000.
