My H1B will start on 10/1/2022, and I'm planning to go to my home country in October for H1B visa stamping. It say I should tear off the I-94 record from the approval notice, and the right half should be stapled in my passport. On which page of my passport should I staple the right half? Can I use a paper clip instead of a staple?
And at the US exit border, does the officer unstaple that part and keep it for themselves? Please advice me about the process at airport.

We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. Hi guys, from Last 3.5 years I am working on a support project and iam earning 11.5LPA, same work everyday. Basically I am working on production operations, so I don't have much technical experience. Previously I've worked on etl talend support project now working on my clients own tool like talend. I don't think I can work as devoloper in near future. How can I improve my skills. I'm about to leave my current company and am thinking of rolling over my 401K to the new company's 401K bc more money can equal greater returns (if the market does well). I'm in my early 30s, so more risk tolerant. Is this "wise" or should I just leave my 401K where it is and begin a new one. I'm happy with my options, so no need to move it to an IRA.

Hi Fishes, I have around 4+ YOE in DevOps, with 11LPA as fixed and 2.31LPA as variable pay, If I plan to switch how much can I expect from the companies. Note: I have configured entire CICD pipeline from SCM to Ansible/Kubernetes deployment including all the DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Sonarqube, Nexus, Helm, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, Vagrant added I'm a MERN stack developer as well.
