Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.

I like STA’s technical analysis and thought I’d share some of my own. Some of the same names and a few names off the beaten path.

A general note, lots of of the stocks and indexes on the most traded options list seem to be struggling with breaking through levels of resistance. QQQ is notable. So are XLE, XLF, and XLK. I don’t think this is a sign of a market top, but shows that the leadership continues to move around a bit.
