after successfull/good jpmc software engineer interview , jpmc recruiter says they are waiting on requisition that they will allocate for me .. does that mean they are preparing my offer ?.. I haven’t had any verbal offer discussions yet .. just that after interviews recruiter mentioned interview feedback was good and they are considering for both 602 and 603 ( but I said I’m only interested in 603)

I'm not in London, but I have the same problem - there are plenty of coffee shops around me that I can sit in and work for a change of scenery, but I can really only do it on days where I know I won't have any calls (which are practically nonexistent). It's never quiet enough that I feel comfortable taking calls even though there are other people in said cafes that do.
Londoner here! I generally avoid trying to work out of cafes around central since they have laptop policies. I have better luck around north London (around Finchley Rd, St Johns Wood) when it comes to laptop sessions. I actually switched to using flex working spaces for calls etc before I got my new job. I think stuff outside of zone 1 is generally more quiter...there's a cafe around Bethnal Green that lets you rent out a room for 10 quid + coffee too. something to do with bees? can't remember
There are some coworking spaces here if you’re ok paying for something (and sometimes even a local pub in the week might be a good option): https://www.travelmag.com/articles/coworking-spaces-london/
I would consider a coworking space. Or working from a library, a lot of times they have private rooms for study where you could take calls + a communal area. And free wifi most of the time. And cafe's occasionally.
You will almost certainly need to pay for a room or coworking space in order to get the kind of quiet you need for a call. Other than that, however, north London cafes tend to be more welcoming and friendly to laptop users as someone else said. I've also found zone 1 inhospitable for work.
Does anyone know of any cheap co working spaces or good libraries with strong WiFi?
