I installed Ubuntu on dual boot.
The free space available was 30gb and I allotted 25gb for it.
However after two days it says memory full.
There r few files which r eating up 70% of the space.
I googled and saw that those files r essential.
Does this happen to anybody else ?
Is it better if I single boot it ?

How have you found mentors outside of your firm?
Most disturbing case you've taken on?
I am so sorry — I don’t have encouraging words because I am right there with you. Literally the exact same.
I’m sorry you have to deal with this and with the current market this may not help, but please try to find a place that won’t tear you this way. They do exist and you shouldn’t let a small group of a-holes push you out of a career you have fought so hard for.
Also ok the subject of the market - it’s not like no one is hiring so be persistent and you can find something!
I'm sorry you're feeling this way today, and that it seems like you've been going through it for a long time. Been there and it feels like hell when you feel like you can't advocate for yourself even because they won't even let you in the room. I wouldn't give up though! There have to be firms out there that aren't full of aging white men who are terrified of diversity.
I hope to find a firm like that one day
I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you will find a better firm. They are out there, but I don’t know if there are any where you live. But better firms do exist. This can get better for you.
It's ironic because I live in a city that is predominantly Hispanic. Hope it does get better. But days like this make me want to quit.
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this. This field is really hard for women of color. Have you brought up conversations about your pay?I'd suggest going to HR aboout this.
I have not. At a previous firm a similar situation happened to a fellow associate and that type of conversation did not go well for her.
Admittedly a male POC but this still resonates so strongly with me. It is wildly frustrating to think that I am both out-performing and out-billing 90% of my colleagues, yet because I'm not in with the right people (not for lack of trying), I don't really have a future at my firm. It's patently unfair and fills me with rage.
That's awful I'm so sorry you have to deal with that. Have you thought of finding a new firm?
Oh dear. I'm really sorry that you had to got through this. Please don't give up on your career. I'm sure there is one firm that supports inclusivity, many of us just has not found it yet. But for now, if you can't take it anymore, please remove yourself from that kind of environment. It will only break you more than it will make you. Do yourself a favor.
You will find a firm where that is not the case, you just have to hang in there. Also, whats to stop you from starting a female POC firm? you could be the person who does that one day, but not if you are not an attorney. Hang in there.
You've worked hard enough to get where you are and to become a lawyer. Don't let people like them hinder you from being one. The only choice you should be making is leaving the firm and finding one who better values your contributions to the team. Better ones exist out there, trust me.
Hey! What you feel is valid. You're not alone in this. Hang in there, we will make it. The day that we don't have to prove anything would come.
