At the 6 month mark of being jobless and not seeing a ton of openings with roles for my level or experience. Not sure what to do at this point anyone ever been here before-- do I succumb to doc review? Take a huge paycut to work with a solo (over 40k) or just keep looking....

Anyone from EY Netherlands who can let me know what salary I should ask for for a senior auditor with 3 years of experience as an audit senior? Entering the CCaSS team, and this is my first European job, so I know salaries differ quite a bit.

I recently moved from a big4 to another and I'm still on my probation period. I'm looking to move out to industry and need your help with the following:

1. What should I tell to the interviewer, if he asks why am I looking to move out of a firm within a month?
2. What should I tell to my existing firm? If they ask me a reason for moving out?

Is 10lpa fixed pay is below par for consultant (in cloud). My YOE is 4 yrs , last drawn is 5 lpa and counter offer was 8 lpa😑😑. Should I have negotiated better for joining in 40 days🤔🤔??. Ur thoughts pls...... How much can I counter offer from this??
