Hi everyone. I am posting to find out what Registered Nurses are starting off at in Florida per hr? Specifically Registered Nurses in the speciality area of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Also, What should a nurse with 7 years of experience be making per hr? I have been offered a job in Florida ( I am currently practicing in Toronto, Canada) and am wondering what is a reasonable rate to accept as what I’ve been offered is much lower than what I currently make.

I am a career nanny who previously owned and operated her own nanny referral agency in Hawaii for five years...then Covid came along and wiped it right out of business since March 2020. I feel like my entire identity has been taken from me especially with Covid and vaccine mandates. I'm not looking to go 20 years backwards-I no longer want to be the nanny and work that hard however nothing interests me!
