I need some advice, I’ve been in a newly created role within a pharma agency for about three months now and it is not going too well. There is little to no structure or direction from senior leadership, no access to client data, little to no billable work. Worst of all, no project is related to what I have been hired to do.

I would like to move on with a different agency asap, but I’m not sure how to proceed with such a short time here.

I’m currently in general project management but want to transition into a product owner position. I am a certified web developer, SSGI Scrum Master and have previous sales experience. No degree. Any tips on how to transition? What certifications should I look at? Anybody’s company hiring?

So I have a client, who I was late submitting the work to. They asked for their allowed number of changes, and based on our contract, more changes = more fees. So they sent me an email asking me for the indesign file so they make changes themselves . . Should I sent it, as compensation to being late? I already gave them a complimentary round of changes though.

I have an offer from tcs and the bgc is also going on smoothly. I have given all the documents which they requested. I have not mentioned one company in my resume and also not in the i begin portal as it is not relevant and i was there for only 20 days. I do have the relieving letter from that company as i have not absconded from there. This company is reflecting in my UAN details. Will this affect my joining in TCS? Should I inform the HR now itself about this? Kindly suggest.
