I have 4+ years of experience the first 3 years experience was in small company where I just moved out without relieving and resignation. Then next company I convinced anyhow them by showing my appointment letter and payslips to 2nd company and its been more than a year here. Now I want to switch I would get 1 year of experience/relieving letter from here. So the general consensus is if you’re asked to do 8+ hours of work on a file, have it reflected on your schedule...
