My 10+ yrs experience translates to legal operations management, legal and general project management and administration, etc. I had a professional resume rewrite. I recently joined pwc, last month(first company, I'm a fresher). The work life is quite good as of now, I'm getting trained in SAP, got assigned to a project too.
But I'm feeling restless, whenever I am not doing my office works, I'm going through Linkdn; practising sql, dsa. I also spoke with a few guys for possible referrals in future.
I feel like I should chill out for atleast a 2-3 months, but I'm having trouble relaxing my mind.

I am planning to move to San Jose and looking out for salary range offered to audit seniors. I am in the middle of my CPA and just need to pass one more paper. Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Since San Jose is overly priced, I would like to get an estimate that how much EY offers in that location.

Does anyone work in Deloitte's USDC? Is this a good opportunity for someone coming from industry? There are generally negative reviews on Fishbowl but a couple ppl I msged had good things to say. I've never worked at a B4 so was wondering if this is a good move?

I just finished my first full year at my firm and got close to hitting my billable requirement but fell a little short. Had a death in the family and my mom has been sick, which was distracting. Covid stopped travel billing for court/depo. Firm said I will not get a bonus OR a raise next year if I don’t hit hours. I understand the bonus part, but shouldn’t raises be based on tenure/seniority? I still do great work for the firm and clients are happy. Just curious what other firms do for raises.

I have joined Accenture 6 months back, I hate my team, my manager is very demanding and few people are very bad mannered, they treat others especially new comers like very disrespectfully, i cried because of this torture and work load is like working for almost 14 hours, so i resigned, but my higher manager suggest me to change team but asked for time to stay in team, I can't afford to do that...what can I say, should I continue with resign or believe in manager and stay for sometime more URGENT
