What is the hierarchy in EY GDS consulting?
I have a discussion with HR in coming days. Currently i am in Deloitte and the hierarchy we have is
Associate Analyst
Analyst
Consultant
Senior consultant
Manager
Senior Manager

I am currently a Manager in Deloitte. So want to know the hierarchy to draw comparison. Is EY Senior Manager same as Deloitte Senior Manager?

Which looks better:

1) tier 1 undergrad, mediocre work experience after college
2) average undergrad, equally mediocre work experience after college

Would adcoms view (1) unfavorably since they could have landed a good role after college but didnt?

I know everyone has their reasons for picking certain roles, but trying to understand how adcoms will view it especially if theres no obvious explanation e.g. going to no-name IB or consulting after college, audit, etc

I have about 10yrs of customers service experience. I'm looking for work, but I'm always getting minimum wage for this position. Should I change career path? Or is there a job for customer service that actually pays well.

With my STEM PhD I had a purpose but little scope. Now, as a strategy consultant I feel my work has no real purpose and it's all fluff. Do I have a shot at Deepmind? I feel it would fulfill my void

I've done parts of the CFP but couldn't sit for the exam. I am thinking about finishing the requirements to sit, but I am wondering if my time would be better spent prospecting. Thoughts?
