guys recently had very bad experience with GS labs, they interview you desperately saying it’s urgent requirement and then give feedback it’s positive and after few days say we can’t consider you.

Hello! I was reached out to by a recruiter from a multinational tech corp for a similar position as the one that I work multinational fintech company (technical support engineer) . The position details mentions a salary range between $89,000 - $95,000. I'm in Chicago and have 2 years experience I'm fintech and close to 9 years in customer service which they seem interested in. I established our risk assessment and control practices in 2017 due to their being a dire need for it and our COO assigning it to me. A Director of Product sent a connection request on LI and asked if I wanted to talk. We had a good call —fairly informal. They liked my background and understanding of strategy. Without filling out an app —he moved me to discussion with HR and to the “final interview”, but it’s actually 5 separate interviews, each with a different stakeholder from the panel. Also had me sign an NDA. Not taking anything for granted -prepping rigorously- but is this at all common?

What would you choose, Big 4 or T2 firms like GT or BDO?
