I am a litigation attorney with several years of experience. I recently left the world of insurance litigation and want to go out on my own. I’ve been thinking about transitioning to trusts and estates for many years, but never had the courage to do it. I live in a small but wealthy town, and feel like there is a shortage of T&E attorneys. I am wondering if a subscription to WealthCounsel would be sufficient for me to learn a new area and get a small firm off the ground. If not, what else?

While I am on track for promotion at my firm, I am not in the “top bucket” of all performers. Will this make it impossible to get offers in PE? Or can I still target some firms (ex MM-LMM)?

Hi,How to limit mandatory PF contribution as 1800/month. Currently it is deducting 12% of my basic which is 8000+. Do I need to change salary structure for it? Does FIS provide an option to limit PF as 1800 per month. ?

Is there anybody who has joined FIS(Worldpay) in last 2-3 months. Did anybody got the initial setup amount of 21k in first month salary. I have heard that everybody receives it but I didn't get any in first month salary slip. If anybody have any idea about it please help me on it.. I joined on 5th June
