How high is the bar to join LEK at consultant or manager level as experienced hire (non MBA)?

As an accounting major does it look bad to not have a cpa... really struggling. Mainly cause my heart just isn’t in it. I want to risk consulting or it assurance and potentially work towards my cisa. But since I have an accounting degree I feel as though it’s going be look down on if I don’t do my cpa.

Am torn between: Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management. Can anyone of my wise peeps give some insights? Good, bad?

Does having a PMP certification hold any water in digital media? Do folks care? I’ve been using PMI resources to help solve problems / improve stuff at my org, and I’m tempted to get the full cert but I’m not sure if it’d actually mean anything / have a meaningful impact on my career or pay.

It’s not a huge investment in time or money but if it doesn’t have much of an impact I’d rather just keep reading free resources online on my own time

My high school will be moving to a 4 by 4 block schedule next year, and our middle school is currently on a 7 period day. The schools are on the same campus so there is a lot of teacher overlap which is the main issue. Middle school state tests are only administered in May, so there’s no way for our middle school to also shift to the block. What alternate schedules does your middle school use?
