I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and I am exceeding budgets by 5-30% in every category except for turnover rate. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. Any advice?

Hi Team. I joined accenture on 1st July 22 at level 9( SAP). This is my first exp at a service base. Few Questions:
1. How much perc variable i can expect in Nov.I am charging since day 1. Was on bench for a week.
2. Will i be given an hike in nov 22.
3. Can i change my work location at any other accenture location although my client is not present at that location.

I have come for RTO after withdrawing resignation only to hear from the security guard that I'm TERMINATED from client end! I have not received a single mail on it. Rather, Accenture retained me for the same client's project. My AVP, Manager, HR all aware. They are telling I'm on Accenture payroll. I got a re on-boarding email from client end today too. My manager asked me to extend 15 days for travelling to Switzerland 15days since my work permit is processed already. Shall I stay back? Also how much hike i can expect in December?

I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?
