Now I heard they are offering the freshers same...

Any idea what can be done now?

Anybody here work in Canada? Specifically Vancouver? The cost of living here is outrageous, and I feel like I don't have a fair compensation. I'm currently making $75k with a $5k bonus as an EA with 6+ years experience, and 5+ years experience in my company's industry. Our company doesn't give out yearly inflation raises, so I feel like I'm falling behind. Is this fair, or should I be going after more? Looking to get some insights in PwC's bonus policies. I have an offer from PwC in their Salesforce practice and the bonus offered is a range of 27% to 35%. But they have not included that bonus % in the offer letter. For those who have worked at PwC, is this a norm? Have you seen them follow through the Bonus payout? Does the bonus % change significantly from YOY? What are the individual objectives/targets that need to be met at the Sr Manager level to earn the bonus?
