sharks - I have cleared the interview for the MasterCard advisors department. I have 2 doubts:

1. Hr told me that the advisors department has something called MAIP for variable payout which is always higher than other departments (all others have SIP)? Can someone clarify this?

2. Also what about 1 month WFH policy. Is it given to all. And can we get it once every year?

I have 15 days left in my joining in IBM at 7B. Total exp-7 yrs. CCTC-18lacs(including 10% variable) Current IBM offer - 21LPA. Counter offer is -28.5 including fixed component 25.7Lacs. Is it the right time to ask IBM for countering ? Or should i wait for 4-5 days more to ask. How much IBM can revise for 7B?

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

I am a skilled nursing facility biller and collector for Medicare & Insurance, my job can absolutely be remote but the company I work for refuses to allow employees to work remotely. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and am looking elsewhere to find the same position but remote so I can move out of state. Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
