Work at my firm has slowed down a lot and I'm wondering whether I should make a lateral move. How often are there junior/mid-level tax associate openings at firms like Skadden and Davis Polk?

I am a SC in Deloitte with 12 years of work ex. Amazon recruiter has reached out to me for a Sr. TPM role. I have already cleared HM round. My doubt is as I have heard work culture in Amazon is crazy. Would it be better for me to go for a TPM role instead of Sr. TPM. Not sure how the responsibilities differ between the two roles

P.s:- Glassdoor says that i can expect around 11 lakhs

It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable), with role Technology Manager. I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I joined EY gds a month ago and want to leave because the manager is not good and always confused about the work that he wants me to do. He keeps on changing his wants after every call sometimes 2-3 times in a day. This leads me to working late nights almost every day and also weekends. I am looking to exit from ey gds asap. Will it leave a bad mark on my resume? Also what can i tell recruiters about the reason of leaving job, as most recruiters dont want understand valid reasons. Plz guide.
