I am having 2.5 year experience in production support. Trained in Automation Selenium Testing and UFT. Don't have project experience in Testing. But i have good knowledge. I am planning to switch and looking for opportunities. Need advise.

Just got promoted and I am now the ONLY Black female director in my entire firm. Also hearing I might be the first to be promoted to that level. (They’ve hired at least one person at that level maybe 7 years ago but she left.) About 3K people. FYI, I’m not on the client side, I’m part of an enabling function. Anyone in this boat? It’s nice to be recognized for my contributions, but I’m a low key bothered that we are so far behind.

While most teachers are protected by teacher unions, I feel my voice hasn’t been heard at all with my concerns of going back to school next week. Our diocese has decided on full return 5 days/ week for all 42 schools despite a recent increase in COVID in our communities. Every other school that I know of in my state is either choosing remote learning to start the year or a hybrid approach, yet that was not an option for us. Are other Catholic schools I. *Medical Records Requests / Reducing Expenses / HITECH*
I recently left my corporate paralegal role to return to a small personal injury firm. I was shocked to learn that the HITECH fee no longer applies if a client requests their medical records be sent to a third-party (e.g. attorney). Has anyone had any success modifying their HITECH request template for clients so there IS a fee limitation AND the records are sent directly to their attorney? Paying $100+ for hospital records is sickening.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

1. Are consultants/product managers more highly paid than project managers?
