I switched from my first company after 2.8 years and now switching from second company after 1.4 years and thinking to stay atleast 2 years in my next company
Will it effect my resume if I make a change without staying 2 years in new company?

Maybe I am thinking a few steps ahead as I am still in the interview phase with 3 firms, but how would I go about letting a firm know that I need some time before responding to an offer (when in actuality I want to wait to see if the other company has an offer as well)?

I understand that an offer may take some time, so how do I go about making sure I am giving each company enough time before I answer (assuming I receive an offer from more than one company that is.)

I had an initial job interview at EY (virtual interview since im applying in other EY offices outside my country) and it has been almost a week since my interview. I haven't heard or got an email from them yet. Does this automatically mean that im rejected? Thanks for the response xoxo

Got to interview a candidate for Mid senior role... candidate has listed exactly 53 projects on his resume in last 5 year.. kind of shocked to see someone would write each and every ..small and large projects.. 14 YOE .9 page resume ..😭

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

So, a recruiter sent me a HackerRank assessment and I went to complete it and it was so easy? Is this a red flag or a shit test or something? Like there was a number sequence: “1234567”, and it corresponded to a word: “Surgeon”. Then it was the word: “Snore”, which corresponded to “36425”. and then I had to figure out the number that corresponded to: “Rogue”. It just seemed too easy, why even have it besides creating another barrier to a possible offer? Should I tread carefully here?

I’ve been interviewing with This company for over a month. Had my 3rd round a couple weeks ago and didn’t hear back until yesterday. They wanted to interview me today which was just another to see if I had an questions, mentioned what I’d be doing and I’d hear by end of day. Have yet to hear and again not sure.
