HR is saying that the variable component will not be there on the Salary structure, however, you will receive a letter after 3 months (probation period) regarding this.

Looking to lateral and I'm having issues pulling a writing sample. My problem is that all of my best writing was filed under seal (and I'm a junior associate, so there's not many options to choose from). I've taken a look at the applicable protective orders and I'm not allowed to share them. I've drafted other dispositive motions but feel they are lacking in comparison.
