Hello! I am a Sales Engineer position with sales exp in the manufacturing sector and recently relocated to Seattle. I have been looking for a position and been interviewing with a few different companies. I have had yoe: 6 (4 of which were in sales). I was hoping to get some input on what fair compensation would be. The range of salaries I have seen so far is 85-95k base + 30-80k commission (total: 120-180k). How stable is Mastercard? I have an offer from them and a food beverage company and my interest is definitely in mastercard but concerned about layoffs.

I applied few weeks ago to Moon Active’s QA bootcamp. Received a decline. I reapplied few weeks later while adding a personal note describing that I started taking few relevant Udemy courses. For my second application. And at the same time I messaged a link on LinkedIn and emailed a lead in HR department. But for my second time I didn’t receive any message. Was I marked by the company? Is it unacceptable to reapply for a job you’re dreaming about ? Is there anything to do now?
