Just received an offer that was $5k over the top of my initial range. I was nervous that I had low balled myself in the initial range I gave so am happy with this amount. Should I still try to negotiate for higher at this point or is that a bad look and just go with what they offered?

Currently stuck in a marriage that the love is just gone. We have young kids, and she doesn’t work. I can’t afford to get divorced. Or at least it feels that way. I just feel stuck right now. I know there are solutions to this and I should leave, but I just can’t in the state I’m in. The fear consumes me. I’m going to see a therapist where the end goal will probably be a separation, but it will take some time. I need to build myself up first. Anyone relate? This too shall pass.

Hi Everyone, need some advice. The only reason why I took my current role is because my direct supervisor would be a black woman VP- I was obviously excited because I've never worked with another black woman before. She's been out on maternity leave since September and I've had to cover her role and do my job, which is two levels above mine and supervising someone above my level. Yesterday the SVP tells me they found a new VP (ww) who would be my new boss.
