I took a loan against my 401k and the repayment is drawn from my paycheck. Included in that payment is 6% interest.

I have enough money to repay the remaining balance of the loan. The question is: should I repay it now or just continue with the payment and pay off if I leave the company?

The money would go into savings / investments.

Moving across to London later this year to work at PwC. At the time of the offer, my research of the TC seemed reasonable. Now I’m thinking it’s lower than the current market. What’s the general TC range for a senior associate at PwC?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Can someone please explain the (new?) McKinsey London grades? You have Senior Associates now?
