I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?
What are your thoughts?

Got an offer from Capgemini and they have given doj on 11th july. Later I got the last working day from my current employer which is 29th July. I asked Capgemini to revise my joining date. They agreed and even confirmed that over mail. Now the hr is not picking up my calls since last couple of days. Even she is not responding to my mails.
