I got an offer 2 from Alstom with 14LPA (fully fixed)

I want to go to Deloitte with Alstom package, suggest me what to do?

I have heard that EY India generally has Indian clients who are not really great to work with and international travel opportunities are almost none.

5 yoe was 12.5 lacs appx and so on

Now it has just got increased by factor of 3 or 3.25 i.e. 8 year of work ex 8x3 = 24 -27 lacs

What do you think has led to this shift?

P.S : This is just a generalised observation. If you have different notion, it may be some availability bias.
