I wanted to use the Microsoft ad network to run ads. I’m currently using a bunch of different platforms (google/Facebook/etc.)

What drove me to Microsoft was the idea that they could specifically target landscapers. It’s a target category on LinkedIn ads. However, when I tried to make a campaign on the Microsoft network, “landscapers” was not a category. It seems it’s only available on linkedin ads (cont. below)

Hey team. Does anyone have any tips for pivoting from into engineering consulting from industry? I've been in the power distribution industry for 5 months now out of uni and want to build up the skills so I can make an easy transition into consulting in a year.

When you guys start the baby on solids, do you choose a time that’s easier for you as a family or just stick to a schedule for the baby? Baby is almost 7 months and has been on one solid meal in the afternoons the last month. I’m planning on introducing a “dinner” meal when he hits the 7 months, but all schedules say 5.45 pm which is too early for us for dinner. He sleeps at around 7.45 so wondering what the time would look like?
