I am a team teacher for 3rd grade. My team teacher is oblivious to sharing teaching as a team. I was ok with it when we were in person because I found my own way to connect with the students. Now; however, I am at a loss as she/he posts things online now that we are working from home without my knowledge or consent. How do I recapture my own voice?

I’m looking to leave the firm but they’ve paid a portion of my grad school tuition. If I leave I have to pay it all back. I want to ask HR if there’s any way I can pay it back in installments or some payment plan but I’m worried that asking may set off alarms that I’m leaving before I’ve even paid the decision. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Or has been through this before? TIA
