Does TCS perform BGC for our previous organization also before joining or sometimes after joining also?

My Home address verification was done a month ago. However no one reached me for any kind of details regarding my previous employment.
I had uploaded the previous employment documents on Ibegin portal, I was going through the posts and came to know they as for other details also like PF passbook , Bank statement etc.

Wanted some clarification about TCS salary structure Job level offered is C3B

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?

Guys selected in TCS. Did you have delivery head round after TR,MR and HR. I too had that round and already got the offer but what was that for ? Is it for people who are selected or mapped to a project

About 3 months back, I joined as a lateral in TCS at C3B grade and 32lpa. My YOE is 16. I have 100% project allocation, but not billable to client and no work. Is it risky to be like that ? Will it affect my confirmation?
