I am classified as an agent selling health insurance but there’s a private email I recently gained access to showing the company is using my broker license and I suspected that since I’m the agent of record on a lot of business. They pay for everything including leads but I’m working as an agent in one email whereas there’s another showing I’m using my license as a broker. Got below offer from epiFi for SDET position
Base - 23LPA
15% variable - 3.5LPA
ESOP - Approx 58,000 PA
I know it's too much a lowball for Sr SDET position when entry level roles are getting this much.
Have told them to update the offer per senior band, yet to hear back. I'd mentioned 35LPA as expected base over phone. But got response that they can't increase numbers.
