I'm frustrated and don't know where to go with this.

I was recently in consideration for a promotion but got passed over. I was told , in confidence, that I viewed as less serious about the role because I teleworked while colleagues were getting back to the office. That was viewed by senior leaders as being less serious about the job.

I mean, I have a job but I feel I will never advance if I use the benefits offered. Is this the same everywhere? Do teleworking lawyers ever get promoted?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I have been giving interviews for web automation roles since Feb and got my first offer on 1st March.

I have hands-on experience with only desktop based application automation using Vbscript, Shell script, Jenkins, JUnit, Docker and Azure.
