How do people focus in the office? I'm a first year and I've been mostly wfh since I started and I'm super productive at home - my setup is comfortable, I rarely get interrupted, and I feel like I can stay really focused in my home office.

Our SAs started today, so the firm is making us come in more often. My office set up is so awkward, screens are too small, and I'm constantly getting interrupted. Not to mention the extra time it took to get ready and commute. How do people do this?

We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Will I be eligible for annual hike in Nov cycle..? If I'm not, then in 2023 when will I get annual hike.? Sep or Nov 2023...?
