Anyone got Referral bonus for referring at A3 role?

I've been interviewing for different roles and am struggling to figure out what comp to ask for. Currently making $100k plus a 10% bonus with 7 years of experience at a tech startup. Looking at global campaigns manager, Sr. Marketing manager or a director role. I've interviewed for a director role that comp was $120k, also a sr manager role where comp was $170k (they went on a hiring freeze). I was told asking for $135k was too low for my experience. I really don't know what to ask for.

Google Interview process- Need inputs on first 45 mins phone interview for solution architect role/BSA. Recruiter said it will be system agnostic interview.

Incoming grad in May 2022. I got an interview at Alphasights, and Arbolus Technologies in NYC, and completing the Accenture assesment right now. Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

I only started at PwC a couple of months ago, but I started getting hunted down by Amazon. I just passed my technical interview with them and I am moving on to the loop interview. What I want to know is... does anyone have experience at both? In my head, as a Solutions Architect, Amazon (or any FAANG) is a feather in my cap.
