Has anyone worked in the disaster recovery Space and went directly into fraud? I’ve worked on disaster recovery projects as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Essentially we make sure no fraud is occurring. I haven’t had any luck finding a remote fraud role without my applications getting denied. Is this document needs to be submited during joing or it is needed to be uploaded during BCG initiation process?? Because you will not have that letter untill your employer finally releases you correct?

I am so conflicted and not sure what to do. A company I wanted to work for was not ready for hire when I first reached out in Sept. Since then I have accepted a job at a outpatient oncology clinic, starting in Jan at a renowned hosp. Having said that the other company does more of what I was hoping to do when I left my previous job. The company is a vessel for new ideas in healthcare helping their community specifically with seed funding, & launching their own programs. I have no idea what to do

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

I've been working in the NHS as an orthopaedic surgeon for over 10 years. I have recently made the transition over to industry working for a pharmcovigilance and certification body TUV SUD. Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!
