Apologies if this has been asked already. My I140 has been approved in July 2021, and I have an extension till Jan 2023. I know that I have to stay with my current firm at least till Jan 2022. If I do move to a new firm in say Feb 2022, will the new firm be able to file for an extension using my I140? Or will I have to wait for the new firm to complete the whole PERM and everything and get a new I140 and then file for extension? If the latter is the case, I will have to wait for my current cont

Recently a high powered individual scolded me for killing a tone deaf pride idea, because I said, “As an lgbtq person, I feel ____.” Allegedly that phrasing wouldn’t allow others to feel like they could state their opinions on the idea. I was extremely upset but didn’t want to burn a bridge so I listened to their feedback and tried to let it go. But I haven’t really let it go - it was demoralizing and insulting...and quite frankly I’m angry I let them get away with it. What would you do?

I am so conflicted and not sure what to do. A company I wanted to work for was not ready for hire when I first reached out in Sept. Since then I have accepted a job at a outpatient oncology clinic, starting in Jan at a renowned hosp. Having said that the other company does more of what I was hoping to do when I left my previous job. I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
