They make you work in front of a camera with software that takes pictures or you and your activity. Sounded like the worst possible remote job you could get. The comp bands can be solid, but minimal negotiation room.

Honestly want to know if I am being unreasonable. My husband and I have worked f rom home since the start of the pandemic. Two kids 100% remote until two weeks ago when school started back up. I had to stop my work at 12:30pm every week day to make lunch for the kids and also made some for my husband to took it to his office nook. Data strategy question: My Fintech organization has 2 banking products, both of which have similar features, but one caters to smaller banks and credit unions while the other focuses on the top 100 banks in the US. The product and engineering teams for both these products operate independently and rarely use any common technology vendors (except AWS, our common infra partner).
