Yeah, culture in the sense the kind of motivation which you will have at workplace for ownership. I personally have mix experience..where one should side it was quite motivating and lot to learn...where as on other side it's quite monotonous ... kindly try to clear on the roles and responsibilities also on the short to future goals as well. All the best🙂
Fantastic leadership, vison is also good but culture can be a small concern that depends on immediate manager.
And would you please tell me the sticking point about the culture?
